I received my BS in psychology from Townson University.

My first job was as a Senior Account Manager at Caliber Learning
Describe your most pivotal career experience
The most pivotal moment in my career was when I became an Equity Partner in Data Canopy.
Who is/was your mentor and what was the most important lesson you learned from them?
Lisa Junker! Through her, I was taught that staying late and coming in early didn't make me a hero, it made me an average employee. Throughout my career, I learned that excuses are for nobody.
If you were/are a mentor in your field, what advice would you give to younger colleagues?
The hustle is real.
What are you most proud of in your career?
In my career, I am most proud of taking my ability to take a step backward in order to move forward by learning a completely new industry.
If you could change anything in your industry, what would it be and why?
Everyone has to pull their weight.
What lasting contribution do you hope to make to society/the professional world?
Impressing upon our youth is extremely important to me. Youth should know that no one owes them anything, and the only way to succeed in life is to work hard.
